Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., custom, personal use, or final sale).

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know.

• Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Exchange time frame 7 days

• Replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days  

• Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
